Additionally there are a number of other platforms that offer the same solution as Trello and many other features such as note taking, document storage, task management etc. I'd be very careful committing to an annual plan as they don't make it clear that you're unable to remove members mid way through your subscription. There was no budging on this and so we're paying hundreds of dollars for a plan we don't need. We simply wanted to switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan as we had reduced the number of members which we have done successfully with our applications previously. Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow, the customer service becomes less personal and flexible in looking after a business' needs - particularly a small business. However since then it's continued to get more expensive for features that aren't really that useful. The software was a game-changer when it was first released in 2011. Not flexible enough for small businesses.
